about

Built for the staff that does recruiting after practice.

R3CRUIT3R started from a simple observation: the software college programs use to recruit is either a spreadsheet or an enterprise system built for someone else. Neither one helps at 9pm on a Tuesday when there are eleven emails to answer.

Recruiting is a relationship business run on administrative work.

The part that decides whether a recruit picks you is the conversation. The part that eats the week is everything around it: keeping the board current, remembering who has gone quiet, finding the game, filing the notes, writing the same email for the fortieth time.

We build software that takes the second part and leaves the first alone. The assistant drafts and suggests. It does not send, it does not decide, and it does not talk to your recruits. That line is deliberate and we do not intend to move it.

how we build

Three commitments.

no autopilot

You approve everything

Nothing leaves your account and nothing moves on your board without a person clicking. An assistant that acts on its own is a liability in a compliance-heavy sport.

your data

Export whenever

Your recruits, notes, and contact history export to CSV on demand. If you leave, you leave with everything you brought and everything you built.

one system

No second tool

If a feature would push you back into a spreadsheet or a separate inbox, it is not finished. The point is that everything lives in the same place.
