Most staffs are running a live board inside twenty minutes. You need your recruit list and access to the mailbox you recruit from. Everything else the setup does for you.
Upload a CSV from your spreadsheet, or paste rows straight in. Fields map themselves and anything unmatched is flagged before it lands.
Give us your program page and onboarding scrapes your current roster into the depth chart. Correct anything it got wrong in place.
Gmail or Outlook, through the normal permission screen. Past threads file themselves against the right recruits on first sync.
Rename the default pipeline to whatever your staff already says out loud. Cards move to the new stages automatically.
The next morning the assistant reads what came in overnight and hands you a list. Accept what is worth doing, dismiss the rest.
Invite the rest of the coaches, assign tasks, and share the calendar so nobody books over anyone.
